In the designated field, describe the academic or other achievement that feels most significant to you, and explain why it stands out to you (No more than 400 characters including spaces; about 75 words).<br><br>\u2022 Entries in all other sections under \u201cList of Achievements\u201d (i.e., sections a. through g.) are optional.<br>In \u201ca. Activities Record,\u201d you may list up to ten activities that reflect your achievements since graduating from junior high school.
