Personal Statement
Prepare a statement regarding your motivation and purpose for studying at ICU and your study and career
plans. In addition, state what contributions you can make to ICU. The statement should consist of 400 to
500 words. Through this statement, we hope to get to know you better as a student and as a person.

Write an essay on ONE of the topics listed below. The essay should be given a title in the beginning and consist of 400 to 500 words (excluding the title). Include your personal point of view on the issue and / or how it has affected or impacted you.
A)Discuss a current issue of personal, local, national, or international concern and its importance to you.
B)Describe a work of art (painting, literature, music, etc.), a historical episode, or a scientific achievement that has impressed you and explain how it has affected your outlook on life.
C)Evaluate a significant experience, achievement, risk you have taken, or ethical dilemma you have faced and its impact on you.
