Requirements

Temple University requires prospective students to submit several documents. One of the required documents is a personal statement.

Additionally, all applicants who do not speak English natively are required to submit a certificate to prove their English proficiency. Acceptable types of certification are TOEFL iBT, TOEFL PBT, IELTS (Academic), PTE (Academic), or DUOLINGO. Submission of SAT or ACT scores may qualify the applicant to be able to waive this requirement.
